Using the best material and process in vertical packing machine

Top important raw material: stainless steel

The stainless steel is the most basic raw material to make the machinery parts, including the frame, the cabinet, and the contact parts of the vertical packing machine. Usually, we choose the stainless steel 304, or 316L if necessary for all of our vertical packaging machines.

The stainless steel is highly of durability and strength; it doesn’t rust easily, and it can clean easily.  Also, the stainless steel can withstand liquid cleaning, dust, humidity, and something else that can introduce moisture easily. All these, and even more, are the basic reasons for us to decide and use the stainless steel as the basic raw material for our vertical ffs packaging machinery.

Two points you need to pay attention  for the material stainless steel:

1st, if it is the 304, or 316L.

2nd, if its thickness is enough.

Also very commonly used, and  important material: anodized aluminum

Usually, the rollers of the film threading system, and the pulleys of the film pulling belts are made of the anodized aluminum in the vertical form fill seal machines. Aluminum is light, but also has nice strength.

Also, some common knowledge sharing about the aluminum anodizing. The aluminum Anodizing is an electrolytic passivation  process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of aluminum machinery parts. The aluminum oxide layer has much higher corrosion and abrasion resistance than aluminum so that the anodizing oxide layer can protect the aluminum beneath it.

Electrical components.
